This was not a decision made overnight.
Ever since after my set of baby tooth dropped out one after another, I hv been unhappy with e lining of my teeth. As most would hv noticed, I would not (try not to) reveal my teeth when i smile and pose for a picture. So...I hv decided to go thru e 2yrs (average timin la) of life with braces in order to strike a confident smile in e future. =D
As much as i thot how easy it would be, it is not.
First visit: Consultation 11th Mar
Questions were asked and answers were given, Fees were mentioned and second visit was fixed.
Second visit (E next day): Study mould and Xray 12th Mar
I went back to e dental C. to let them take my teeth mould den to heeren to take Xray.
Third visit (6 days later): Separators 18th Mar
Blue rubber bands were put in...4 corners, 8 bands. Not really painful but my gums feel sore...
Forth visit (E next day): Tooth Extraction 19th Mar
2 tooth from e upper set of teeth were extracted. Not really painful seriously but e aftermath of it was like losin my soul..Dun feel like doin anything tat day at all.

Yes! Besides instant noodles, I noe how to cook porridge too haha. Shredded Chicken porridge with egg =) I think tat's my 1st time ever to cook porridge..is it?

Fifth visit (6 days later): Upper Braces 25th Mar
E dentist took out e blue rubber bands from my upper set of teeth and "glued" e wire & coloured rubber band = braces onto my tooth one by one. Seriously e substance tat he used to stick e thingy onto my tooth seems like super glue..but its not la. Then he looked at his watch, waited for seconds before letting me rinse my mouth. Its done. All in less than 15mins.
I' still trying to adapt to my braces..not hard solid food for e next 2yrs.
Perhaps its a good thing to schedule two time slots for e upper and lower set of teeth respectively so tat it is not so uncomfortable. I'm expecting ulcers soon thou.
