This was not a decision made overnight.
Ever since after my set of baby tooth dropped out one after another, I hv been unhappy with e lining of my teeth. As most would hv noticed, I would not (try not to) reveal my teeth when i smile and pose for a picture. So...I hv decided to go thru e 2yrs (average timin la) of life with braces in order to strike a confident smile in e future. =D
As much as i thot how easy it would be, it is not.
First visit: Consultation 11th Mar
Questions were asked and answers were given, Fees were mentioned and second visit was fixed.
Second visit (E next day): Study mould and Xray 12th Mar
I went back to e dental C. to let them take my teeth mould den to heeren to take Xray.
Third visit (6 days later): Separators 18th Mar
Blue rubber bands were put in...4 corners, 8 bands. Not really painful but my gums feel sore...
Forth visit (E next day): Tooth Extraction 19th Mar
2 tooth from e upper set of teeth were extracted. Not really painful seriously but e aftermath of it was like losin my soul..Dun feel like doin anything tat day at all.

Yes! Besides instant noodles, I noe how to cook porridge too haha. Shredded Chicken porridge with egg =) I think tat's my 1st time ever to cook porridge..is it?

Fifth visit (6 days later): Upper Braces 25th Mar

E dentist took out e blue rubber bands from my upper set of teeth and "glued" e wire & coloured rubber band = braces onto my tooth one by one. Seriously e substance tat he used to stick e thingy onto my tooth seems like super glue..but its not la. Then he looked at his watch, waited for seconds before letting me rinse my mouth. Its done. All in less than 15mins.




I' still trying to adapt to my braces..not hard solid food for e next 2yrs.
Perhaps its a good thing to schedule two time slots for e upper and lower set of teeth respectively so tat it is not so uncomfortable. I'm expecting ulcers soon thou.

Ok, we were supposed to go cycling yesterday.
However, somehow we were reminded of a particular game at e arcade and with a sudden urge, (plus that e weather looks as if it would rain anytime) we decided to check out e game. Its an old skool arcade game meant for children tat requires u to scoop e sweets/snacks up and drop it at e right time & position in order for e machine to push e awards out. Dun think tat its childish to play tat as it is quite different from e normal version and it is really a thrill to play tat game i would say as u wont know when u'll hit e jackpot and win urself a prize. Its a damn good place for couples to hang out and to waste money.
Thou Kel & I are not couple, we each spent S$30 to get 2jackpot prizes and approx. 447 mentos plus other sweets/snacks. Not worth it but its e process is fun & exciting. Below, e Ham Ham, is 1 of e jackpot prizes tat we got =D

My mum suddenly asked me out to talk about my future yesterday...
She shared her thoughts and real-life stories of her friends and siblings with me and provided me her advices all for my own good.
Being almost a fresh grad with a diploma, I dread e next stage of my life - work. Although it will not be my 1st time working as I hv been a sales assistant/promoter, a service crew at a cafe and hv went thru internship before, its a totally different feeling when you want to make ur work ur career. The responsibility and the work load will definitely be greater as you will be treated e same as ur colleagues, unlike times when u were jus a part-timer or an intern.
Moverover, ppl have been tryin to convince me that what i've studied and e industry that i'm plannin to go into will not bring me a future. Its depressing but I want to follow my heart and create my future.

After 3yrs of not sitting for examination, it feels rather odd sittng in an examination classroom. Media Law exam followed by a screenin for the adv. studio production classes marks e end of poly life for majority of us except for those in IBP, e-music and directing classes. Since we wont hv much chance to meet up again, we went for dinner - Secret Recipe, followed by a K-box session @ Marina Square. After our K-ing session which ended at about 3am, we took pics against e graffiti on the wall. These r memories which i wont forget. =D

3rd of Feb 08
Time: 5pm - approx. 7plus pm
Venue: Bishan Junction 8 - Open Plaza
Event: 5566 Autograph Session

Woah! 1st time watchin their performances so upfront.
In e past, I would queue hours before the autograph session and even tried ton-in overnight jus to get their signatures. And durin the autograph seesion, I would try to catch a glimpse of them as they perform on stage but that is hardly possible as I would be drownin in e crowd with screams and perspiration.
This time round, I reached there minutes before their performance and stand right in front of the stage to take pictures of them while the fans screamed like hell right behind me. And the bonus thing is, I took e mics back from them personally as they walk down e stage! =D
