An adrenaline rush of excitement filled me when I know that I'll be at their wedding banquet...not to enjoy the spread of dishes but to work as we (Showmakers) were doing the audio system there.

Shaun Chen and Micelle Chia's Wedding Banquet on the 11th May 2009 at the 6stars Ritz Carlton Hotel Grand Ballroom was grand and sweet. They invited 1000+ pax and the food were served per serving style to each and every one of the guests. Can you imagine how busy the kitchen and servers were? I have to wait for almost an hour before my glass of ice was served to me.. but I'm not complaining coz they were really busy and actually remember that glass of ice after almost an hour.

Their wedding gift to each and every one of the guests was a bottle of handmade chili sauce with a sticker of their wedding logo "SM" on it which I thought was quite unique.. at least its something edible and not something like photo frame..

On a side note, Showmakers is also known as SM to the crews so it kinda look like we are doing our company D&D.. LoL..

While others enjoy their weekend, I was busy working my soul out...
With pre-set up at the Marina Parade on Friday for the Singapore Chinese Orhestra Show on Saturday to the Singapore Chinese Orhestra Show at the Hong Kah North C.C Hard Court on the Sunday, plus the extreme weather condition, it was truly a tiring weekend..

It's really great to hear the familiar music pieces being played by the SCO musicians as it is grand and full of surprises.
Catch the SCO performance this coming weekend at the Woodlands civic centre on the 4th April, Saturday 6pm and at the Botanic Garden on the 5th April, Sunday 6pm.

I deleted what I dun wan to remember.

Last Sun I did a show at Bugis Junction, Bugis Square. It was cheer Chen's first ever autograph-singing session in Singapore, according to what they said. She din come personally for the rehearsal, instead, it was her teacher who took her place but she put up a good performance during show time.




I din know that a guitar can have like a on/off switch within so at first we thou there is something wrong with the sound system but it was actually the switch. Everything else went smooth after that little panicky situation and there was no feedback =)

Love her great vocal, what a talented composer

It's strange to be back here again to look at the past..
I've never thought of coming back here to blog again but I dunno why I just feel like changing a new blogskin and continue blogging again.

It's strange because I thought I wont be back here to blog since I'm so bothered by my poor english that makes me feel like I'm tpying an essay each time I blog..

It's strange because blogging actually makes me feel stressed.. It is supposed to be ur dairy whereby you could type anything you feel like but yet I realized everytime when I blog, it didn't come out as natually because I wonder, what would people or the world think..it becomes a limitation and gradually, blogging becomes stressful..

And so I've decided not to be so bothered by my poor english, for now.
